I spent one night and had no complaints. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast had a standard continental selection. Check-in was quick and easy. Traveling with my dog was not an issue.

The older facilities made it harder to navigate with luggage, especially on the upper floor.

Had a great time with friends! The hotel was super convenient for visiting the mall and checking out the Roanoke Star. Clean rooms made our stay comfortable, but don’t expect much from breakfast. If you're walking around, the area is solid for shopping and dining.

The customer service we received from the night receptionist was exceptional, making us feel welcomed during our two-night stay. The woman flying kite statue added a unique touch to the lobby's ambiance.
